Whether you’re an individual looking to reduce your carbon footprint, a business aiming to enhance your sustainability efforts, or a city seeking to promote greener living, AYR is for you. The platform is accessible to users of all ages and backgrounds, making it easy to contribute to a more sustainable future, no matter where you are or what you do.
AYR tracks a variety of sustainable activities that contribute to reducing your carbon emissions on mobility. These include eco-friendly transportation choices such as cycling or using public transit instead of driving. Each of these actions is quantified, contributing to your avoided CO2 emissions and earning you AYR tokens.
AYR measures your avoided CO2 by utilizing the sensors in your smartphone to track your mobility patterns and sustainable activities. The app calculates the emissions you avoid by choosing eco-friendly transportation options like cycling, or using public transit instead of driving a car. If you opt in, AYR can also connect to external devices for more precise data. The platform then converts this data into measurable avoided CO2, rewarding you with AYR tokens for your contributions to a greener environment.
The AYR Mobile App is available for download on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Simply search for "AYR – Are you Ready" and install the app on your device.
Yes.
AYR tokens are rewards you earn for avoided emissions. Each 100g of CO2 avoided, equals 1 AYR token. They can be exchanged for green products and services within the AYR network.
Using the App
To set up the AYR Mobile App, follow these steps:
- Download and install the app from your device's app store.
- Open the app and create an account.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to allow the app to access your smartphone’s sensors.
You can log a new sustainable activity by logging into the AYR app and selecting the “New Activity” option. Follow the prompts to track your activity.

- Make sure the app has the necessary permissions to access your smartphone's sensors.
- If the problem persists, contact our support team for assistance.
To update the app, visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your device, search for "AYR – Are You Ready," and tap the "Update" button if an update is available.
If you need to reset your password, follow these steps:
- Open the app and go to the login screen.
- Tap on "Forgot Password?"
- Enter the phone number associated with your account and follow the instructions sent to your mobile phone to reset your password.

Yes, you can delete your account and all associated data through the "Delete Account" option available in the mobile app. This action is irreversible, and all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted.
