This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to the collection and processing of personal data carried out by the AYR - Are you Ready App, a platform for valuing avoided carbon emissions that rewards sustainable behaviors, developed by CEiiA - Center for Engineering and Product Development.
The purpose of this page is to inform visitors about our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information if someone decides to use our service.
If you choose to use our service, you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The personal information we collect is used to provide and improve the service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meaning as those used in our Terms and Conditions, which can be consulted in the AYR - Are You Ready App, unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
CEiiA is the entity responsible for the collection and processing of Personal Data collected through the use of the AYR - Are You Ready service.
In the scope of using the services available in the AYR App, we will use some user data that is obtained through different means and at different times.
For a better experience, when using our service, we may require certain personally identifiable information to be provided, including location data.
- we will use the personal data provided when creating a user account: name and surname, password, email address, phone number, address, and taxpayer identification number;
- we will also use other information about you that we may become aware of through your use of the service, such as your location, IP address, trips made, internally assigned identification code, platform navigation (access dates and times, clicks made, etc.), hardware, software, and browser used.
The information we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.
The AYR - Are you Ready App also uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

To refer to all the above information and any other information we have about you, we will use the term "Personal Data".
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in the case of an error in the application, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your mobile device called Log Data. This data may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the application when using our Service, the time and date of use of the Service, and other statistics.

They are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored in your device's internal memory. This service does not explicitly use "cookies". The processing of your Personal Data will be necessary for the use of mobility services available in the AYR App, in order to collect feedback on user experiences and to improve and optimize the product, as well as to calculate and reward users for the carbon emissions avoided due to the adoption of sustainable mobility.
As a user of the AYR App, you have a set of rights to decide and control at any time how we use your Personal Data. These rights can be exercised at any time and free of charge through the email address dadospessoais@ceiia.com. In particular, you have the following rights:
- A. AccessYou may request whether we are using your Personal Data; If so, we will also provide additional information about the Personal Data we have about you, how we are using it, the entities with which we share it, the period during which your data will be retained, or if we are carrying out profiles, among other issues.
- B. Rectification You may request the alteration of any of the Personal Data we have about you so that it is accurate and up to date. In fact, the Personal Data that appears in your user account should always be kept up to date. You can do this via the following email: ayr.sharing@ceiia.com.
- C. Deletion You may request the deletion of the Personal Data we hold about you: (i) when they are not necessary for the purpose for which they are used,(ii) when you withdraw your consent, if they are only processed to develop purposes based on it.
- D. RestrictionYou may request a temporary restriction on the use of your Personal Data: (i) when you consider that your data is inaccurate, until it is verified or updated;(ii) when it is no longer necessary to carry out the purposes set out in point 3 above; (iii) when you object to the use of your data for any of the purposes set out in point 3 of this Privacy Policy.
- E.PortabilityYou may request to directly deliver or deliver to another entity, whenever it is technically possible, a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable file.
- F. ComplaintYou may file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in data protection matters. In this case, the National Data Protection Commission.

Our service is not intended for children under 13 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal identification information from children under 13 years old. In the event that we discover that a child under 13 years old has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete the data from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take the necessary steps.
